As the Vice President of Pharmacy Services, Dr. Jack McGuire provides strategic guidance and oversight to Lash Group’s Pharmacy Operations which includes operational management of the TheraCom Pharmacy service line as well as Lash Group’s non-dispensing drug outlet. Dr. McGuire is also the pharmacist in charge of ICS World Courier, an AmerisourceBergen company, which is a third-party logistics provider located in Kentucky. He works closely with his teams to develop, implement, and manage innovative specialty pharmacy services and manufacturer-sponsored free-drug programs.  He also collaborates with other Lash Group teams to facilitate growth, expand pharmacy services and streamline healthcare delivery to create healthier lives for our patients. 

With over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Dr. McGuire’s expertise ranges from point of care provider solutions to department and facility management. He has expertise in building effective teams, navigating regulatory requirements and opening new facilities, with the first building opening in 2004.  He also has experience guiding pharmacies struggling with operations and financial management to deliver top-performing metrics and district-leading patient care standards within six months.

Dr. McGuire earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine from the University of Louisville, a Master of Business Administration degree and a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Sullivan University.
