Karen Rice is the Vice President of Human Resources for AmerisourceBergen and works in support of the Lash Group business. She is responsible for the strategic planning and capability of human capital to meet business challenges and capture opportunities for sustainable corporate growth and financial success. She guides her team in the development and execution of best-in-class programs for talent management, competency management, knowledge management, the human resources organization, and leadership-succession training.
Before joining AmerisourceBergen, Ms. Rice worked for 17 years holding multiple leadership roles for a major management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company within their human resources enterprise. She excels in cultivating partnerships across business units, providing proactive solutions to meet business goals, leading high performing HR teams, and handling change management for large organization transformation.
Ms. Rice received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Management from the University of Dayton, and a Master of Science degree in Career and Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology.
