Nicole Dunn is the Vice President of Client Delivery at Lash Group. She is responsible for creating comprehensive program strategies with Lash Group pharmaceutical manufacturer clients. She specializes in the design, implementation, and management of support services, including specialty pharmaceutical products across multiple disease states.
With her leadership skills and industry knowledge, Ms. Dunn works throughout the program launch and development phases to ensure the optimal experience for our clients. She also collaborates across the AmerisourceBergen network of companies to integrate appropriate services.
Throughout her career at Lash Group, Ms. Dunn has gained experience and led many key areas of the business including learning and development, talent acquisition, and associate on-boarding. Before joining Lash Group, she worked for a managed care organization in customer service operations and claims processing.
Ms. Dunn earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Wingate University and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
