Rose Herring, Vice President of Marketing, brings expertise in strategic communication and marketing promotion to support AmerisourceBergen’s current and future growth for Biopharma Services. She works very closely with strategy, product, and business development teams to ensure a strong customer experience and external promotion of capabilities to drive growth within Biopharma Services.  

With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, Ms. Herring guides her team in the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and takes responsibility for the marketing strategies that go along with AmerisourceBergen’s Biopharma facing businesses.  

Before joining AmerisourceBergen in 2019, Ms. Herring served as a Senior Marketing Director for Atrium Health, and prior to that spent 13+ years at Merck & Co. With her 20+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Ms. Herring has developed the insights and expertise involved with business development and marketing.  

Ms. Herring has been a national speaker on topics related to healthcare marketing and physician engagement strategies. Ms. Herring also volunteers on the board of directors for The Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center and is on the Grants Committee for the AmerisourceBergen Foundation and Women’s Impact Fund.  

She graduated with special honors from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts.
